Southwest Steak Nuggets


Ingredients
:
1 quart oil for frying
2 Lbs steak cubed
2 Cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ground Cayenne Pepper
1/4 Cup milk
1 egg
Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce for dipping or ranch

Directions:
1. Cut and season the steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper in a gallon size zip lock bag and let sit for 30min.
2. Heat oil in a deep fryer to 365 degrees F
3. In a bowl beat egg and milk and pour into the steak bag
4. In another bowl or bag. Mix the flour, with some additional salt and pepper.
5. Combine the steak and dry ingredients shake until fully coated.
6. In the hot oil, fry the coated steak pieces in small batches until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
