2-3lbs Chuck Roast Steak
Rub:
2 TBS Salt
1 1/2 TBS Pepper
1 TBS Onion Powder
1/2 TBS Garlic Powder
Directions:
Set Smoker to 225 degrees
Place rubbed chuck roast on smoker until the internal temp reaches 170 degrees. For best results bast with apple juice, water, or butter every 30min.
Wrap in moistened paper and place back in the smoke or oven until the internal temp reaches 195-200 degrees. let rest and enjoy!

I started a 4lb chuck roast at 10:30am and it reached 170 around 3:30pm after wrapping I increased the temp to 250 and it was ready by 5pm
