Ingredients:
12-14 lb Brined spatchcocked Turkey
Melted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
preheat smoker to 275. Inject the spatchcoked turkey with butter, butter and salt and pepper the outside then place in the smoker for 1 hour then reduce temp to 225 until the internal turkey temp reads 165 degrees (about 11-13min/lb).
