Chili

Ingredients:
2 cans tomato sauce
1 lb cooked ground beef
1 can pinto beans
1 can kidney beans
1 small can diced green chilis
Salt and pepper to taste (Himalayan sea salt works great)

Directions:
Brown the meat.

In crockpot or large pan add all ingredients, stir, and simmer on stove for 1 hr or 3-6 hrs in a crockpot.

American Potato Salad


Ingredients:
4-5 cups quartered red potatoes unpeeled 
3/4 cup  Mayo
1 TBS Dijon mustard
1-3 TBS sour cream

8 Bacon slices cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup chives freshly chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Cook potatoes in boiling water for 15min or until tender.

Drain in Colander and let them cool before adding to the salad mixture. Salt and pepper the potatoes.

Combine mayo, mustard, sour cream, bacon, and chives then add potatoes mixing lightly.

Refrigerate at least an hour.
