• 2 ½ cups rolled oats
• ½ cup peanut butter
• ½ cup honey
• ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Warm peanut butter and honey in a small pan until melted.
2. Remove from heat, add vanilla.
3. Stir in oats until fully coated.
4. Press mixture into a lined 8x8 pan, sprinkle with chocolate chips.
5. Chill for 1 hour, cut into bars.
